On the first floor are three bedrooms: 1 double (5ft) with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, 2 twin (zip and link), one leading to the other with shared en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, sitting-out area and furniture. Two balconies. 12-acre shared natural grounds. Two pets welcome, to be kept under strict control, (horses in field). Parking for three cars. Wheelchair access. FOR KIDS - Baby and toddler friendly cottages offer excellent facilities and information for families and meet child safety guidelines. Properties have a cot, high chair, stair gate if necessary and a microwave. Suggestions are given for playgrounds, soft play centres, beaches and child friendly places to eat nearby.
