Krazy Klub overview

Krazy Klub is a popular soft play area in Thatcham, which opened about three years ago. Play areas include a wide bumpy slide, a climbing wall and a small football pitch. There is a separate play area for under 4’s, which has a soft slide in it. There is also an area for babies with bouncy chairs, bumbos and baby gyms next to a soft seating area for adults. Krazy Klub serves hot and cold food ... and drinks and also caters for parties. It can get busy during school holidays and visits may be restricted in length at busy times. There are a few toddler mornings during the week, so check the website for more details. Krazy Klub is next-door to the Super Bowl so you can combine a visit to both places for a family day out.

Krazy Club Thatcham (MFA)

Under the last Manager this used to be a well run children's play area. This is supposed to be a happy environment for kids to come play. The new Manageress seems unhappy and never smiles. The place is seriously understaffed with new trainees being left on reception whilst the one other staff member is run into the ground serving, cooking, cleaning up and tidying toilets single handed. The coffee machine has been removed leaving a kettle in its place. The toilets are filthy and the kids food for the parties come out reheated but still cold. The Christmas party last year was awful in comparison to the previous year. The food was freezing and was processed the turkey was sliced cold from the deli counter. In desperate need of new management to raise service and standards. As a regular in have never seen a place go downhill so rapidly.

Krazy Klub

Its was our first time at a soft play area and a bit hesitent that my son at 14 months would be a bit too young but was pleasantly suprised. They had a special ball pool for under twos and the 2 - 4 year old area he could go on if supervised. He had an amazing time charging around throwing himself in the ball pool and the soft slide really built up his confidence it was lovely to see. Can't wait to go again and see his little face beaming, really good place for interaction with other children in a safe fun environment.

Well maintained soft play area

Krazy Klub is a soft play venue. The main play area includes a wide bumpy slide, a ball pool, a mini football pitch and a mini climbing wall. There’s a smaller, separate play area for children under four which includes a soft slide and padded building blocks. Some sit and ride toys are provided as are ‘baby gyms’ for babies on quieter days. Krazy Klub serves drinks, hot food and snacks all day. You can sit at a table or on sofas. There are plasma TV screens for moments when you’re not watching the children. Baby changing facilities are available and there’s an ATM machine which charges. Some soft play centres can be grubby, but Krazy Klub is kept quite clean. It’s not too large either which means you can just about keep track of where your children are. Krazy Klub also caters for birthday parties with sectioned off areas for birthday meals.
