Chill Factore overview
The Chill Factore is Manchester’s new indoor snow centre where you can ski. snowboard, climb, play and even dine and shop all year round. Located just off the M60 across from The Trafford Centre ...
its really easy to find. The Chill Factore offers Ski and snowboarding taster sessions for those first timers and there is tubing and snow play for families and young ones. There is a changing area with cubicles and hire section. Check out the webite for prices and clothes hire. After you’ve worked up an appertite there are many bars and restaurants to choose from, some with a view of the slopes and they are great for family dining! There is even the famous Fredericks Ice cream shop with over 100 handmade flavours - a treat not to be missed! The Chill Factore offers great outdoor and ski outlets for shopping so you can pick something out to make you look the part. They offer great facilities for the family and parking to the entrance.

We actually went for a few hours mid-week so the kids could play in the snow play section. It was very quiet at this time and was £6 per child and £1 for the adult and great fun. Its like a little winter wonderland with a slide and rubber donuts to check pulled around on. There are also big rubber blocks to build. You can hire snow boots too. After the snow play we went to Nandos for dinner which was a huge restaurant and great food. There is a huge pickNmix area outside the restaurants that you just can't walk past with kids and the ice-cream shop at the entrance with over 5o flavours! We really enjoyed ourselves.
