Broadlands, the historic home of the late Earl Mountbatten of Burma, is to undergo major remedial work over the next two years. Of necessity, this will mean that the house will have to be emptied of all its contents and therefore will be closed to visitors throughout 2009 and 2010. Please note that the visitor season of 2011 may also be affected.
