This is a hidden gem! It is a smaller off-shoot of the Natural History Museum in London - and it's packed full of fantastic exhibits. We couldn't believe how much there was to see - every corner we turned, there were more fascinating things!
Children are VERY welcome - they are offered a quiz to do as they go round, plus they can borrow pencils, paper and clipboards for free.
There is also the Discovery Zone - and the Zebra Cafe plus inside and outdoor picnic areas!! There are toilets and a gift shop.
It's ideal if you don't want to go all the way into London - and it's free (as is the parking), although donations are welcome.
