Chislehurst pond is a beautiful place to visit. It is very close to the popular High Street with it’s boutique shops and some of the best restaurants around! We often take a stroll around the pond with the children after a weekend lunch. There are so many birds to feed and a small wooded area that my two normally head to for a game of hide and seek. If you are lunching in Chislehurst, it makes a great end to your meal. We normally bring a bag of cracked corn or regular duck feed (pellets) which you can buy from most pet shops. The bread is not as good for the ducks as it has no nutritional value.
