The Hop Farm Family Park overview
Time was when you would come here in the summer to pick the hops, which are used to give beer that special taste. Today you can still learn all about hops at the Hop Farm Family Park, but that is ...
only a small part of a range of attractions and events for children here. These include a driving school circuit, a magic factory, animals to stroke and make friends with, and lots of imaginative play areas for all ages.
great for families with young children

The hop farm is a family day out that will keep your little ones entertained. The service of the staff that we have recieved when going in can not be faulted. There is a farm that the kids can get a close view of the animals, a famous peoples wax museum to have a walk through, it has a funfair suitable for the little ones and a little driving school aswell as a giant pillow for them to jump on awell as bring the big kid in you out.
Food is ok, not the best quality so might be worth taking a picnic instead.

The Hop Farm in Kent is a great place for kids - we went there with our children and they really enjoyed it. There are loads of different ride they can go on including a carousel, a giant pillow and a driving circuit. There is also a children's play area, a small museum showing items from the Victorian era and a small farm with animals including rabbits, ponies and shire horses. There are a number of places to eat at the Hop Farm and you can also take your own food as there are picnic areas. There are plenty of toilets and baby changing facilities and it is a very buggy friendly place.

We took our son and daughter here last year and they loved it.
The first thing we came to was the giant jumping pillow, they had so much fun on this. The outside adventure play area looked great fun but was a little too old for my daughter who was only 3 at the time but great for older kids (much to her disappointment)!!
They really enjoyed the indoor play area, it had a nice little section for the younger children which was shut off from the rest. They also enjoyed the painting area. My daughter had her face painted and it looked great!
There are lots of kids shows on in the summer with all the favourite characters and meet and greets outside, we plan to see one this year as I have heard they really good.
My only gripe would be the wasps, we couldn't get away from them when we were eating but apart from that, a real fun filled day. We had a very quiet car on the way home!!
