We often pop into Hackney City Farm, especially on a Saturday as it is so close to Broadway Market. There are plenty of animals to see including pigs, sheep, chickens and goats. The enclosed garden is an absolute delight and my little one just loves playing in there. It’s kind of overgrown and wild but there is a vegetable patch and fruit trees too. There is also an old tractor parked on the farm which the kids just love to climb up on and pretend to drive. We always head to the café for a bite to eat which is always buzzing with families and children. The food is really tasty and fresh and there’s plenty for the little ones.
