Cineworld, Feltham

My experiences at Cineworld have been mixed over the years. Cheap Tuesday and the weekends were always busy. There is enough parking for the cinema and all the other facilities and restaurants. The cinema itself suffers from lengthy queues at times and that is really off-putting. Especially when you see members of staff walking around doing nothing. A bit of sensible management and more tills opened would easily solve this, but it never seems a priority. The food/ice cream section was always well-manned though, which is strange because if the people can't get through the door and get their tickets in time for the film, they may not bother to buy the food! In saying that though, the films don't start on time anyway, so that may help. On a positive note, the popcorn is lovely, the cinema cleaned regularly and the seating big and comfy.
