Hunstanton's Sea Life Centre overview

Children can rarely resist those cute seal faces, especially if they are young (both seals and child!) At Hunstanton's Sea Life Centre not only will you will see seals, but also Otters, Penguins, and ... the not so cute but fascinating deep sea dwellers such as Sharks and Rays The work of the centre on the rescue and caring of injured sea creatures is also well displayed.

Fabulous

Had a fabulous time here with my 2 year old grandson..all d staff where friendly, happy and greeted us everytime with a smile. i have been to the London Aquarium where we queued for 3 hrs..none of the staff spoke 2 us, only one member of staff walking around and the layout was very odd cold and dark...u couldnt get to see the penguins as they where behind a huge glass sealed panel...so prefered Hunstanton as it was more personal..warm and inviting. all d creatures including d seals and penguins where so relaxed and approachable..obviously very happy !! loved it

A Seal Santuary with Sharks

Visited with: Infant, Child
The sea life centre is where many of the seals stranded on the coast are rehabilitated, which means you can get quite close up to some seals. The children were thrilled to be able to walk through the big aquarium in a tunnel whilst sharks and rays swam overhead. They also enjoyed the petting area with various sea creatures. Although we spent a few hours here it did seem quite expensive and quite 'tired'. It was also a bit of a pain having to walk through the shop to exit as that led to a bit of a child shopping frenzy which ended up in tears and spoilt the trip unfortunately, so prepare for this!
