Fineshade Wood is a great day out for all the family. Families can hire bikes at Fineshade Cycling and can cycle together on the gentle family trails. Every weekend and throughout the school holidays events take place for children. There is also brand new adventure playground. The visitor centre facility is open from 10am till 5pm daily with a cafe serving snacks or you can picnic at one of the idyllic spots located in the forest. Fineshade Wood is part of Rockingham Forest. Corby / Stamford is the nearest town or village. The postcode is NN17 3BB.
