The Jane Austen Centre overview
How apt to have a Jane Austen museum located here in a historic house Bath, the city in which she herself lived and set some of her most famous novels. She is the most beloved of all of England's ...
great novelists and rightly so, as her gentle humour and eloquent prose have survived the passage of time. Thanks to the excellent BBC productions, she is probably more famous today than she was in her own time. If any of your children are interested in English Literature give them a real treat.
