Stourhead Gardens overview
Stourhead Gardens has a Palladium mansion surrounded by one of the most beautiful country parks in Britain, the perfect setting for a family day out. It has everything you would expect of a great ...
country house built in the 18th century; a tranquil lake, a famous landscaped garden, follies, woodland walks, monuments and a mansion filled with Georgian treasures, Chippendale furniture and fine paintings. Of especial interest is the 'Servants' exhibition which tells the story of how people lived and worked on the estate.

A fantastic garden for all ages to run and use their imagination to play. Our two loved it here, the restaurant was great, lots of choices including child's boxes and very clean and airy.
Not suitable for disabled, although for older people they do have motorised buggy vehicles.
