range of the attractions. It has just undergone a multimillion-pound makeover and there are now new worlds to discover here from Tropical Forests to a fantastic Butterfly House. The swings, the open grasslands, its lovely lake and gorgeous gardens are still here, but if you want that little bit extra for the children you will find that too. There’s also a great lakeside cafe and a restaurant in the newly restored mansion house but then there’s always something special about a picnic, especially in such pleasant surroundings.
