Great place but beware when attending a party with siblings

Nice and clean just as good as the others I tend to go to in Leeds, my chldren are 5 plus now but the under 5 area is great. The disapointing thing I have found which has put me off the place is beware when going to parties regardless of whether your other children are using the play gym you have to pay for them to watch. My younger child had been invited to a party and I had to take the older one who didn't want to go in the gym as 'grown up now' I still had to pay £4.95 for him to sit with me! Other parents at the same party had to do the same so they made quite a bit more on top of the party. There are alot of children in my childs class that have partys at places like this and this is is only place where this has happened.

Indoor Play Centre

A hidden gem! This indoor play centre hides in the Thorp Arch Trading Estate just outside Wetherby, between York and Leeds. It caters for 0-11 year olds, but it’s ideal for the younger ones (up to 7 or 8 yo). It has all the usual indoor, soft play things – lots of places to climb, clamber and slide, including a 4 way Astra slide (wavey / bumpy slide), twisting spiral slide (tube), soft ball canon, ball pool, and sports area for ball games (football, basket ball hoops) and little trikes. And party spaces, with make a bear type offers. I think the what makes this indoor play centre different is that really works well for smaller children. It isn’t too high up or too deep - it’s easy to see your child, as they gain confidence climbing and sliding on their own. It also has a separate Under 3s area which has it’s own ball pool, slide and climbing bit as well as an area to sit with babies – it is fairly central in the play area. The food – chicken nuggets from chicken breast. Gluten free cake. Good coffee. And meal deals!
