Family Bird Trips

Though sometimes it might seem that Britain is home only to the rather dour pigeon and humble sparrow there are in fact a huge variety of birds that like to call these isles their home too, and many more that take their winter vacations to our shores, migrating from all over the globe. That’s why taking a trip to one of hundreds of fantastic bird centres around the country is such a great family day out, giving you and your kids the chance to acquaint yourselves with some truly special feathered friends – just don’t forget your binoculars!
