The tour is similar to ones you may have taken round an English one with the whole process explained from cocoa bean, short film to a view of the factory floor. They are also generous in handing out samples at every available opportunity including a goodie box to take home. You can’t just turn up however, you need to book either through the tourist office in your town or, if your Italian is up to it, by ringing: (075) 527.66.35 or (075) 527.67.96. Be sure to ask for a tour in English.
