Not for the faint-hearted, in fact try to persuade the kids to go in by themselves while you wait in the entrance! The problem is that the displays and interactive special effects are so realistic, you really feel as that you are looking at someone being eviscerated or tortured or executed. The dark doesn’t help either, especially when you know that you are going down to see Sawney Bean, Edinburgh’s own cannibal or a lonely ghost, a wraith like ?survivor’ of the plague in a smelly underground home.
