Yr Hwylfan/The Fun Centre overview

The Fun Centre is a massive soft play centre for adults and children. The soft play area is on 3 levels and has 2 20ft slides, ball pools, tunnels etc. There is a seperate under 4's area. Admission ... is very reasonable and you can stay for as long as you like unless in school holidays. The centre opens from 10am in school holidays but you should call for opening times at other periods. There is a cafe which serves refreshments. Gog's Driving School is on the uppermost floor and is an additional charge of £1 per car. There is also an interactive museum which is a history of the building. There is also a laser space section for children and adults. There is also a special Mother and toddler session on a Friday morning at 11:30-12:30am at £2 per child. Parking at the rear of the building which is a pay and display.

Soft Play for All

22 Jul 2011
Visited with: Child
We visited The Fun Centre for my little boys birthday and the adults were more excited than the children because the adults can join in. We paid approx. £3 per person but we were allowed to stay as long as we liked. he staff were friendly and the building itself is an old church. It was clean enough but could do with a lick of paint in the seated areas. The soft play itself was very clean and looked like it was new. All the Dad's were on the slides first as they are a 20ft drop. It was a really fun day in all and we even managed to squeeze in some coffee and cakes. Our little boy liked the cars on the top floor. They are the £1 in the slot kind and didn't last long but our little boy liked them. Unfortunately much to the parents disappointment they are only for children. If you live nearby or are on holiday in the area it is worth a visit.
