Other facilities at Harlech Castle are Pay and Display Car Parking and Toilets but please be advised that the nature of the design of the castle makes it unsuitable for pushchairs

Such an amazing castle in an incredibly beautiful little town. The castle can be seen for miles as you approach and offers truly panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Snowdonia is such a beautiful place and seeing it from the battlements of this castle really was just breath taking. The children absolutely loved visiting here - there is nothing quite like a castle to capture their imaginations. But of course, there are lots of steep steps and this really isn't suitable if you have a pushchair in tow.
There isn't much car parking available but there are more places available in the little town, which is worth a visit in itself too as there are lots of lovely shops and some great places to eat.
