The Enchanted Easter House overview
Throughout the Easter holiday the Enchanted House will pamper parents and children together... Parents will unwind and relax in one of our lounges, eat afternoon tea or a scrumptious breakfast whilst ...
getting massages and manicures. All the whilst children visit the Enchanted Kingdom where they participate in a variety of fun activities- dressing up, arts and crafts, a bouncy zone, an Easter egg hunt, where all activities have been designed by a BMA award- winning author and child psychotherapist to help develop your Childs creativity and imagination.
poor customer service - not worth £££!

Hi booked for the enchanted house, a month before the event. It took about 3 days to book as the person on the frontline had little to no knowlege about the product - so had to keep going and finding out from someone presumbly higher up in the organisation and then ringing me back.
I finally got a confirmed booking for myself, son, family and friends (a proportionate sum!) as my sons birthday treat only for our booking to be cancelled via voicemail 4 days before the event itself apparently due to 'the weather, and humidity'.
not happy with this explanation and with only 4 days now to find my son and alternative venue, I went down to the London art house in search of a better one, and sat for an hour waiting to speak to someone. I was received by two unapologetic members of staff who promptly told me the REAL reason it was cancelled was due to the lack of bookings. (probably due to extortionate prices!)
they offered us a refund or to reschudele, nothing complimentary and no attempts to reconcile the apparent dissapointment, myself and family as paying customers had. we were then handed a cheque for £100 as a refund - a percentage of what i had paid! only to find they had made another error in confusing me with another customer. i was finally thrust a cheque for the full refund amount and ushered out.
we asked to see the manager, which was refused. even when we suggested making an appointment and coming back at a later date.
they showed a basic lack of courtesy and proffesionalism. a little honesty and crediting us as their customers with some intelligence -i mean event cancelled due to weather?! - not accepting that, unless theres a snow blizzard outside!' would have gone a long way.
they had absolutely no customer care - wish i'd read the other reviews before booking! getting my money back seems like a lucky escape.
any one thinking of it - dont waste your time or money go to the park. :)
