Whitsand Bay Lodges overview

The unique setting of Whitsand Bay Lodges offers outstanding panoramic views, and is surrounded by a designated Area of Outstanding Beauty. The park is situated on a 19th Century hilltop ... fortification with many original features intact. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing holiday with children. Take them swimming in the indoor heated pool or down to the beach with the buckets and spaces. There’s loads of space for the kids to play on the rolling lawns, and the lodges have attractive decked patios where you can relax and unwind in the sunshine, or enjoy the sunsets in the evening. ACCOMMODATION – Lodges at Whitsand Bay have stunning views over the bay or estuary. Tamar Lodge has 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom and the VIP Lodge also has an outdoor hot tub. Flat screen TV, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, double-glazing and central heating, with gas and electricity included. Bed linen and duvets are provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival. FOR KIDS – Indoor heated swimming pool and separate paddling pool, cots and high chairs available for weekly rental.

Whitsand Bay Holiday Park

I love this place. Its quiet and not a huge holiday park but very much a delightful place to stay. Whether it be touring or staying in a luxury lodge. They have a nice contempory swimming pool which is indoors, a sauna for those that like to just sit back and relax and a lovely modern toilet and changing block. The site boasts amazing views looking out across beautiful fields, plymouth and the rivers Tamar and Lyner to the front and to the rear you have whitsand bay, with its glorious sandy beaches and views of the Rame Peninsula. On site is a lovely Family club house which even allows your friendly four legged friend to join you for a drink. You can dine for a very reasonable price or simply just sit back and relax whilst you child / children happily play. They have friendly staff which are always on hand to help. Also if you choose not to stay on site but still wish to make use of their fine facilities then you can, as the pool is open 7 days a week to the public, although there may be times when it is not due to it being booked, Just ring the staff to find out for sure. The club is open to the public in the evening from 7 til late, which is great.
