own boat are available on request. The cottages could not be better placed for a holiday in this lovely part of England. You are only a short walk or boat ride to the centre of Wroxham, regarded by many as the main centre of the Broads with restaurants, takeaways, shops, a lovely riverside park and of course lots of places to hire boats or arrange boat tours. You are also only 10 miles away from the Norfolk beaches and the historic towns like Kings Lynn and Norwich are also within easy reach. Exclusive fishing rights from rivers edge (except closed season Mar 15–June 16). ACCOMMODATION – All non-smoking Peninsula Cottages will sleep families of 4 to 6 with TV, kitchen including microwave, bath and/or shower. Towels £4pp per week (payable on arrival). Bed linen and duvets provided with beds made up for your arrival. Electric heating throughout. Electricity by meter reading. Cottages have French doors leading onto private terrace with access to landscaped garden or French doors leading onto a balcony.
