The location was fantastic and promised to be a fantastic holiday, a so called 5* site. Booked a three bedroom caravan to be told due to unresolvable plumbing problems we would have to make do with two bedrooms, we spent the best part of the first hour of our holiday trying to negotiate (unsuccessfully) with a very rude management team. The main clubhouse and bar area's smelt so appalling that our eight year old wanted to leave, this I might add got no better as the week went on. Finally due to bad weather on the final day we ended up spending a total of four hours trying to gain entrance into the swimming pool. We've had many Haven Holidays and had great expectations for this 5* site only to be grossly disappointed!

We have been to several haven parks, and haggerston castle was one of the best. The accommodation was excellant and in a very nice setting. Would love to visit the park again but next time when it is a little warmer.

I am very delighted with the outcome of our holiday. The kids enjoyed it very much, the pools, and the entertainment programs. My kids cannot wait for another holiday and insisting on come back. Hope to see you again. Regards to all the team…

I visited this park with my family when i was younger so decided to take my daughter she is 2 and we all had a fantastic time cannot wait to come back next may 2009 thanks for helping us enjoy our holiday it was great!!!!

Had an excellent couple of days at Haggerston Castle. It was our first time there and will definitely be back.

We didn't want to come home from Haggerston, everything was fantastic with the accomodation, the entertainment and the park, the prices of goods for sale are also value for money. Thank you so much for providing us with a good holiday!

Holiday was excellent, the park was great, would recommend to friends and looking forward to coming back in June!!
