the swimming area is like an Aqua Park with a series of swimming pools and lagoons linked by a waterfall river ride and slide, which the kids will just love. There is also a gently sloping sandy beach attached to the resort. All of Union Lidos facilities are just too numerous to mention but they have everything you could possibly want. For the children there is a huge selection of play areas, sports facilities and water-based activities with their own club and entertainment programme on offer during the summer season. For the family there is a choice of 8 restaurants, numerous snack bars and on site shops including a bakery, newsagents and two supermarkets. There is also a full programme of evening entertainment including a disco for the older children. Union Lido is only 4 miles from beautiful Venice, which will give the children a very special, indelible memory of your holiday. ACCOMODATION – Union Lido has a choice of luxurious mobile homes named after famous Italian composers. For example, the Bellini mobile home has enough space for 6 people to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is modern and stylish and leads to a paved patio area complete with garden furniture. Vivaldi mobile home is similar to the Bellini, but even more spacious, with1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, making this an ideal choice for larger families. FOR KIDS – As well as an excellent Kids Club, there is a bouncy castle and an adventure playground. Active teens can participate in loads of different sports like tennis, inline skating, volleyball and football. Bicycles can be hired and there is a woodland fitness trail.
