Penlan Holiday Village, Newcastle Emlyn

This village is complex of large wooden chalets set in woodland just outside Cenarth. You are able to take pets so pets and children alike can enjoy running aroung the forestry which is just outside your front door. The park has a: heated outside pool which is fine in the height of summer Family bar (including bar meals) Children's playground Penlan Shop on site which is handy Launderette (24 hours) Coffee Lounge Internet Access Picnic area and playing field Games room with pool tables Arcade Video Blu-ray cinema Sauna The owners of the site are really friendly and the site is well maintained. Just outside the park is Cenarth Falls which is a beautiful river where you can witness people rowing in coracles. There is also a paintball venue in the village. A bit further afield is Oakwood Park, Folly Farm and manor house wildlife park. Finally the site is very reasonably priced for those of you on a budget, but it is a great location for exploring Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
