We really enjoyed our holiday and the kids loved it too. There was loads for them to do even if the weather wasn't that great. The staff were always pleasant and friendly... excellent funstars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the park was much better than other Haven parks that we have visited and I was pleasantly surprised, the caravan was the cleanest we have ever had and I was impressed with it. The entertainment was good, but was a little too late for the younger children. There was lots to do for the children, and I thought the prices in the onsite shop were very reasonable, usually onsite shops over charge their customers, so I was pleased that Haven were not over charging customers. Overall we had a lovely short break with you.

I found that Sue in reception is an outstanding member of staff. She will make sure that things are sorted if you have a problem, then she will check that the problem is resolved as soon as possible. It's people like this that make it worth while coming on holiday. We go to Presthaven Sands a few times a year and we always make sure that we go and say hello to her. I also find that the pool staff are very helpful when we go swimming as we have 2 children with special needs and if i'm the only one who's going in the pool wth them they will watch one of them while i get the other one ready.
