heatable Jacuzzi. Koshinas House is great for large groups of families and friends, with 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, a very well equipped gymnasium and a games room with Billiards and table tennis. There are plenty of terrace and balconies with super views, if you just want some peace and quiet. On the ground floor is an enormous living area, with lounge, dining room, kitchen and breakfast room. A playroom has a double sofa bed, and a double ensuite bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath. Twin bedroom has ensuite shower room and all rooms have access to terraces. An internal staircase leads to the lower ground floor with another ensuite bedroom, Games room and gymnasium. On the first floor the master double bedroom has a sitting area, ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a huge terrace. A twin bedroom with ensuite shower also leads to a private terrace. FACILITIES: Several TV's with satellite system, DVD player, CD Player/radio, Microwave, Washing machine, Barbeque, Billiard table, Gymnasium with 3 gym machines, mat, mirrors and weights. Sauna/hammam, Swimming Pool, Outdoor heated Jacuzzi. Heating is included from November to mid May and available at other times on request for an extra charge.
