Family Holidays and Breaks in the Isle of Wight
|
The Isle of Wight has always been a fantastic destination for a family getaway, so if you and your gang are considering taking a break in that direction we’ve got a few suggestions for where to stay and what to do once you get there. On the Western tip of the island in Freshwater you’ll find one of our favourite holiday parks, Island View. Based only 300m away from the safe, sandy beaches of Colwell Bay this holiday park offers great family friendly facilities s located in an ideal position to enjoy some of the island’s best family entertainment in the Needles Pleasure Park and famous Blackgang Chine. On the other side of the island in Seaview you’ll discover the Northbank Hotel which has been run by the same family for three generations. Savour this homely hotel with its locally sourced, home-cooked food, breathtaking views of The Solent and beautiful gardens which run all the way down to the sandy beaches where the kids can safely enjoy playing in the rock pools and coves. |
