on offer within the complex, but it’s also well placed for exploring the area with the beach of Santa Eulalia within 1km, and the Historic town of Albufeira just over 6km away. First Choice’s holiday villages are all about family stays, and they have all been designed with both children and parents in mind. Facilities include three outdoor pools, and indoor pool with kid’s section if you’re looking for some shelter from the sun, and several restaurants to choose from. Entertainment at the Holiday Village Algarve is top notch, and the highly trained animators are on hand throughout the day and evening running live shows, themed nights, karaoke, and of course children’s entertainment. The hotel has a multi-sports centre as health and beauty treatments to help parents relax while their kids are having some fun. ACCOMMODATION – Guests staying at the Holiday Village Algave have the flexibility to choose from either self catering, half board, or an all inclusive board basis. Accommodation is in one bedroom apartments sleeping a family of up to four (camp beds for children), or larger two bedroom apartments that can sleep up to 6. All apartments have a kitchenette and balcony, and cots are also available. Family rooms are available on the all inclusive package, with twin beds in both the bedroom and lounge area. FOR KIDS – Children’s swimming pool, outdoor water park with splash pool and slides, outdoor play area, Reebok football academy, swim academy, DJ Workshops for teens, Razzamataz theatre academy. Babysitting is also available on request.

Recently returned from the Holiday Village in the Algarve. TBH it was a great place for myself and the family to go to, we got a family room which was good value for the money and had a dedicated space for the kids to play - which makes holidaying so much simpler in the evening and early morning than everyone tripping over each other whilst searching for a set of goggles that we were sure were in the bathroom the night before.
Having gone all inclusive we got out moneys worth with the food being of a good standard, and there being a wide enough selection to keep the kids from getting bored or not wanting to eat anything. All in all a good place to visit. God knows how my wife found somewhere we could agree on but she did.
