The newly built Villa Marley is a great choice for families, especially those with small children. The Villa has a gated swimming pool, the property is securely fenced, and its just 10 minutes walk ...
to the gorgeous sandy Blue Flag Sao Rafael beaches. Zoo Marine is close by too, for a fabulous family day out. Villa Marley has been superbly designed to include all comforts and conveniences, with top quality furnishings, air conditioning and flat screen TV’s with SKY in all bedrooms, and electric shutters throughout. A terrace at one end of the pool is a lovely place for dining or just sitting and enjoying the sunshine, with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella, a large built in barbeque and a lawned area. Villa Marley has a large entrance hall leading to an open plan living/dining area with glass doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool. Kitchen has all modern appliances and a separate laundry room. An ensuite twin bedded room and a small area with another single bed. Master double bedroom has an ensuite shower and another single bed, with enough space for a cot. Two further double bedrooms each have ensuite shower rooms, FACILITIES: 4 x Flat screen TV’s with SKY, PlayStation3 (bring your own games), DVD Player, CD Player, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Built in BBQ, Swimming Pool, (pool heating available for a supplement), Air conditioning is included.
