That’s why we’ve scoured the region looking for the best family friendly hotels in Cumbria so that when you come and stay for your break you have everything you need to ensure everyone enjoys themselves. The Victoria Park Hotel is extremely family friendly and serves as a great base for a family holiday in the nearby Lake District as well as offering a range of spacious, clean rooms. Ambleside’s Rothay Manor is also well located for some wonderful family walks, situated at the very tip of Lake Windermere and not too far from the centre of the local town.
