A Special Weekend

12 Feb 2013
Visited with: Child
For our tenth wedding anniversary, my parents treated us to a family night away at the Parc Plaza, County Hall Hotel in London. We have stayed here before as a famliy. On arrival our children were given their kiddie packs which included bubble bath, yoyo, colouring items and 2 plaza pounds. The plaza pounds can be exchanged for a soft drink/ice cream or chocolate. The children loved this feeling of independance. We were very lucky as they up-graded us to the penthouse suite. Oh My Goodness, what a treat. We have an amazing view of the London eye and my son partically liked the Waterloo Station View. Our children particaully loved the fluffy dressing gowns and slippers. We also had a turn down service, a surprise chocolate on the pillow was a treat. The hotel has a lovely resturant. The food and Service is excellent. We had our evening meal and breakfast there. The breakfast was lovely and everyones taste was catered for. English breakfast, cold meats, continential meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, american pancakes and maple syrup was very tasty. The staff treated were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel
