Royal Oak overview
The Royal Oak is just the kind of pub we look for at Childfriendly. It has a great play area for the kids at the back and lots of tables from which you can keep an eye on them as they let off steam. ...
Inside there’s plenty of space and there always seems to be a buzz to the place. There are extensive menus both for you and the kids, but most of all the owners and staff are genuinely welcoming.

Designed specifically for families, this hip pub is a real haven for people with kids. They have a kids' play area in the garden with scooter cars and a Wendy House, there's a good kids' menu, changing facilities are clean, and all staff are kid-friendly. It's also brilliant for adults as the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly by day, buzzy by night.
