The Plough, Plumpton

We recently; 11/6/2011, went to the Plough, having made a reservation, for our daughters 3rd birthday party with nannies/grandads/uncles/aunts etc etc. We were made to feel thoroughly welcomed and received a very warm reception. The food was great, really reasonably priced and plenty of it. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The location is great, with plenty of green space for the kids to run around and there;s a climbing frame. They even have some kiddie cars and trikes for them to play on. Its really refreshing to know that you've got somewhere like this thats local to you that you can take full advantage of. Lots of places say that children are welcome, but most are merely tolerant of families. The couple that run this place have a 3 year old and one on the way, they know what its like! Really like the Plough, will be making another reservation for my second daughters birthday in November. Why cater at home for a small army when the Plough will do it all for you and you get a great meal out. We'll definitely be going back as much as is possible!
