We have eaten at this branch of Bella Italia a couple of times. The decor is very pleasant and rustic style, so a nice change from the fast food areas which are located just outside, but the place is quite small and can feel crowded, and service on both occasions that we ate here was very slow. This could be a problem if you have younger children. The food was fine, as the kids love Italian food, and the location is brilliant for pre- or post-film meals, as it is right next to the cinema. However, for the same reasons it can be very noisy! Having tried this place, as a family we prefer to go to the Bella Italia near the River Cam in Cambridge for a “proper meal”.
