Had a few days holiday in Cambridge with the kids, just before Christmas and right in the middle of the snow! We were so pleased to find this lovely café for a warming breakfast, we really slipped and slid our way to the door! Its absolutely gorgeous inside with arches, a mezzanine floor with tables and chairs up a spiral staircase, the church itself at one side and a lovely peaceful atmosphere. There was a friendly welcome from the girl at the counter and huge welcoming bacon butties and eggy breads were brought over to our table. Newspapers to read, coffee and juice for all and we were ready to get out onto those snowy pavements again!
