Learn a little... walk a little
12 May 2011
Visited with: Child
I have taken my niece and nephew, and my friends on this trail on separate occasions. I had recently moved to Yeovil and wanted something to help me get to know the place a little better. I could not drive at this point, so I was feeling up for a walk.
Although, Yeovil is not one of the biggest or most interesting of places, it does have some wonderful little paces tucked away, which I have to admit, I found some by accident as I wandered of the trial in my own direction, some by chance as i got lost and some by following the trail to the letter.
The little story made up to go with the trail is very funny to read and follow. It didn't take long to do the trail, but has taken up two afternoons, that might otherwise have been spent in front of the tv. My niece loves to learn and so enjoyed the facts, she picked up and my nephew loved that he got to run around in puddles. As I had chosen a rainy day to do it in, but even still it was a lovely day, and if I was visiting other places, I would definately look to see if they had a treasure trail and recommend to others.
