This café rouge is right in the centre of the main shopping district at Liverpool one. Go up the stairs and you’ll find a terrace with a whole load of restaurants. We’ve been here a couple of times now and would recommend it as the staff are always very welcoming. Expect standard French food, a bit formulaic but good nonetheless. This Café Rouge has high chairs, baby changing facilities, and last time we went the kids got a balloon!
