The tea rooms at Manor farm Seal are loverly. Well know to cyclist the quiet location tucked behind the village church is on cycle and walking routes.
The menu is simple with a selection of two or three filled rolls or two sorts of home made soup. The advantage to this is the speed of service. Even when you hit a rush the time from ordering at the counter to service at your table is short. Any of us who have been in the situation of keeping hungry children happy while the food takes its time to arrive will know what a blessing prompt service is. The soups are fresh home made and had such an influence on our daughter that her favourite food is now vegetable soup!
But best of all is the home made cake selection. I love the coffee cake but what ever you choose it will be fab. The staff are mainly ladies post retirement age which give the air of having tea at a favourite grannies. They have always made a fuss of our children and been very helpful and kind.
