Fat rascals

We met some friends in York and they suggested we tried Little Betty’s as it is sometimes quicker to get a table as the main tearoom is always so busy. The shop is so old fashioned and packed full of cakes, biscuits, speciality teas and coffees. Our kids loved looking at all the displays of cakes and choosing something to take home. It is expensive to have tea or a meal with the family in the café upstairs but it would be a really special treat. Not recommended with babies as the small twisty staircase is impossible for a buggy. Try the Fat Rascals, they are absolutely delicious, but its best not to think about the calories!
