Mark Warner - Beach Holiday Childcare

Mark Warner - Beach Holiday Childcare

With over 30 years of experience, Mark Warner can offer the very best in childcare for your family holidays in the sun.  Experienced English speaking nannies and instructors will care for children from 4months to 17 years.  From the calm atmosphere of the onsite crèches to the fun filled days for kids and teens, there is something to suit all ages, leaving you free to enjoy your own day following sporty or pampering pursuits! Children's clubs operate from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and half day sessions are free for children over 2 years of age. We recommend that you reserve Childcare and Indy Club places at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.

Watersports & Tennis
Experienced instructors and childcare staff provide a daily programme of water and land based activities for children booked into children’s clubs.  The very latest junior equipment is available and specialist courses in RYA sailing and windsurfing, scuba diving and snorkelling are also available for an extra charge. Group tennis coaching sessions are run for children from 4 to 12 years.

Relaxing evenings
There’s a free evening drop-in crèche 6 evenings a week for children aged 4 months to 5 years from 7:30pm through to 11:30pm.  Little ones are settled down and there are cots for babies and sleeping bags for younger children. Children of 4 to 5 are shown an early children’s film and a separate room is set up with beanbags and sleeping bags.  For children aged 6 to 17 years there is a fully supervised evening entertainment programme until 10.30pm. Extra baby-sitting can be arranged in the resort but will depend on staff availability so please give at least 24 hours notice.

Travelling with young children
You may actually be able to travel reasonably light, as Mark Warner thoughtfully provides a lot of the essentials your little ones will need. Travel cots for the under 2’s,
high chairs, potties, baby baths and
bottle sterilising facilities. Children over 2 years will be allocated a bed.

Feeding the family
Healthy balanced meals are on the children’s buffet menu each evening and parents can accompany their children to an early dinner from 5:30 - 6:30pm. For the Kidz Club and Indy Club there is a dinner sitting from 7:30pm onwards. Mediterranean beach resorts have a 24-hour kitchen for your use, with fridge, kettle, microwave, bottle sterilizers and a supply of UHT whole milk. Pureed foods are provided, with fruit at breakfast and meat, vegetables and fruit at lunch and high tea.

Baby Club (4 - 11 months)
Babies and toddlers will be happy in the calm environment of the purpose built crèches. Qualified English speaking nannies look after just two babies each and whenever possible your child will have the same nanny throughout the week. Baby Club is available at Lakitira, San Agostino and San Lucianu resorts.

Toddler 1 and Toddler 2 Clubs
Toddlers of one and two years old will be kept entertained with bikes and balls, songs and stories, building sandcastles and splashing in the pool. The ratio is usually one nanny to every three or four children.
.
Mini Club (3 - 5 years)
Fun packed days with painting, stories, games and songs are on the programme at the Mini Club. There’s a high ratio of nannies to children to keep them happy and entertained with indoor and outdoor activities throughout the week.

Junior Club (6 - 9 years)
An introduction to sailing and windsurfing is just part of the programme for kids at the Junior Club. With expert tuition they can build up skills and there’s loads of fun to be had with beach games, table tennis and circus tricks supervised by the experienced childcare staff. It’s a great opportunity for kids to use up all that excess energy!

Kidz Club (10 - 13 years)
For the pre-teens there are supervised activities and water sports at Kidz Club, with windsurfing and sailing tuition. Fun and games are on the agenda too, with kite flying, body art, sea Frisbee and games of rounders.

The Indy Club (14 to 17 years)
Independent teenagers can join in with any activities they wish, making new friends and enjoying the daily programmes of water sports and supervised activities.  The Indy Social Club in the evenings includes dinner and entertainment with a variety of sports, games and challenges. The Indy Club runs during the summer school holiday period and October half term
